Anna G Johnson
Anna Johnson is the Founder and Head of School for The Conservatory of Worship Arts. A graduate of Drake University, Anna is currently pursuing her Master’s in Montessori Leadership through the Center for Guided Montessori Studies and a Master’s in Educational Leadership from Sarasota University. She also holds a Certificate in Ballet Teaching Studies from the Royal Academy of Dance in London.

With 28 years of entrepreneurial experience, Anna brings both vision and practical leadership to TCWA. After years in private business, she felt called to step away from a self-enriching model and instead build—and submit to the accountability of—a nonprofit structure, establishing TCWA under the guidance of a committed and diverse board.
Accreditation
We believe in external leadership in keeping our school on the right track as we forge new ground in Iowa with the first K-12 Montessori school. We are on the pathway to accreditation with the American Montessori Society and accredited through Christian Schools International
