Who We Are
TCWA is a worship-centered fine arts school committed to whole-child formation and preparing the next generation of leaders to influence the arts while living in freedom through Jesus.
Through authentic Montessori education, we intentionally create environments where children can grow spiritually, emotionally, creatively, socially, and academically while being deeply known, encouraged, and challenged with purpose. We believe education should do more than transfer information — it should help children discover who they are and develop a lifelong love for learning.
At TCWA, leadership is not defined by power or position, but by service. We intentionally cultivate a culture where students and staff are free to grow, create, make mistakes, and continue learning without fear or shame.
Through worship, creativity, authentic community, and lifelong learning, we desire to help children discover their God-given gifts and use them to glorify God and impact the world around them.

Our Values
Love. Freedom. Joy. Faith. Lifelong Learning.
Our founders
Caleb and Anna Johnson
Caleb and Anna are the founders of The Conservatory of Worship Arts, a vision born from a deep love for Jesus, children, worship, and education. As parents of six children, they have experienced firsthand both the beauty and the challenges of raising and educating children in today’s world. Through their own children’s experiences, they began to see many of the gaps in the traditional education system — environments where creativity was limited, individuality was overlooked, pressure replaced peace, and children often struggled to feel truly known and valued. Those experiences stirred a deep desire in them to create something different: a place where children could be known, educated, and nurtured as whole people created uniquely by God.
Caleb brings years of experience as a worship leader, carrying a heart for leading others into the presence of God and helping young people discover worship as a lifestyle rather than simply a performance. Anna holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree and spent 28 years building and leading a successful business before feeling called back into education. She went on to earn her Master’s in Educational Leadership along with Montessori certification, blending creativity, leadership, and child-centered education into the foundation of TCWA.
In September 2024, Caleb and Anna received a shared vision from God for what would become The Conservatory of Worship Arts. What began as a step of faith quickly became a reality through God’s provision, guidance, and favor. In obedience to that calling, they transitioned the business they had built into a nonprofit organization so that the mission could grow beyond themselves and impact generations to come.
Today, they are honored to serve as part of what they believe God is expanding across the nation and the world through worship education — raising up children and families who know their identity in Christ, walk in freedom, and use their gifts to glorify Him.

Accredited Excellence
Our accredited educators hold bachelor’s degrees, international Montessori certifications, and extensive training in child development. We are committed to academic excellence, authentic Montessori practice, and ongoing growth so every child is guided with both expertise and care.
Holistic Safety
We believe children thrive when they feel emotionally safe, deeply known, and genuinely valued. Through attentive care, healthy relationships, and consistent accountability, we create environments where children can grow with confidence and peace.
Educational Distinction
We intentionally approach education differently through hands-on learning, creativity, movement, collaboration, and strong family partnership. As a worship-centered fine arts school, we are committed to forming wholehearted children — not simply managing classrooms.
Faith & Virtue
At TCWA, faith is woven naturally into everyday life through worship, honesty, humility, and authentic relationship with God. We are not a people of perfection, but a community continually being formed by the Holy Spirit with grace and integrity.
Piano Class
Ages 3-6
The Early Childhood classroom at The Conservatory of Worship Arts
is a carefully prepared Montessori environment designed to honor
the whole child—mind, body, and spirit. Every element of the
classroom is intentional and beautiful, created to invite curiosity,
independence, and meaningful work.

Children learn in mixed-age groups, which naturally fosters
leadership, collaboration, and compassion. Younger children are
inspired by older peers, while older students grow in confidence and
responsibility as they model skills and care for others. This structure
reflects real life and nurtures a strong sense of community within
the classroom.

Learning is hands-on and developmentally appropriate. Montessori
materials guide children through foundational concepts in math,
language, practical life, and cultural studies in a concrete and
engaging way. As children work, they are encouraged to move at
their own pace—never rushed, never held back—developing deep
understanding and genuine confidence in their abilities.

Mezzo Piano Class
Ages 6-9 (Grades 1-3)
As students enter the early elementary years, they begin developing abstract thinking, moral reasoning, and an increased need for social interaction.
In the Montessori environment, these skills are nurtured
through independence, exploration, and leadership in mixed-age
classrooms. Students don’t sit at desks doing worksheets or passively watch videos—they actively use problem-solving skills while exploring mathematics, language arts, science, social-emotional learning, movement, and cultural studies. Learning is hands-on, meaningful,
and designed to ignite curiosity and a lifelong love of learning.
Faith and creativity are woven into every day, with daily fine arts
classes in singing, dancing, and art, plus daily lessons in guitar or
piano to strengthen musical skills, coordination, and confidence.
Montessori-trained guides support each child, providing
individualized instruction and encouragement as they grow
academically, socially, and spiritually.

Mezzo Forte Class
Ages 9-12 (grades 4-6)
In the upper elementary years, students are growing in critical
thinking, independence, and a deeper sense of belonging in the
world. The Montessori environment nurtures these skills through self-directed learning, leadership in mixed-age classrooms, and
meaningful hands-on exploration.

Students engage in a rich academic program, studying Math,
Language, Geometry, Science, History, and Geography—all designed to deepen understanding, practice problem-solving skills, and create a love of learning. They are not confined to desks or worksheets— they actively collaborate, explore, and create projects that integrate knowledge across subjects while developing confidence and real-world skills. Faith is integrated throughout the day, helping students understand their unique purpose and grow in their character.

In addition to academics, students receive an introduction to TCWA’s fine arts tracks. This includes vocal performance, photography, videography, audio engineering, and worship leading with a professional in their field. The also continue their daily guitar and piano lessons and have opportunities to participate in after-school clubs such as the Hype & Hymns band, dance team, or yearbook committee, allowing them to explore interests and talents beyond the classroom.

Forte Class
Ages 12-15 (grades 7-9)
The middle school years are a time of rapid growth, both
academically and personally. At TCWA, students are guided to
develop critical thinking, self-discipline, and a strong sense of
identity, all within a Montessori-inspired environment that
encourages independence, leadership, and meaningful collaboration. Students engage in a rigorous academic program, including Math, Language, Geometry, Science, History, and Geography, with hands-on projects and problem-based learning that integrate knowledge across subjects. Learning is active, engaging, and designed to prepare students for high school and life beyond, while nurturing curiosity, creativity, and a love of learning.
Faith and character development are woven throughout the day,
helping students grow spiritually and understand their unique
purpose in God’s plan. Creativity and artistic expression continue to be central, with students exploring fine arts tracks such as vocal
performance, photography, videography, audio engineering, and
worship leading with lessons from a professional in their field.
Students also have the option to participate in after-school clubs like the Hype & Hymns band, dance team, or yearbook committee,
deepening their skills and passions.
